Emma Walton holds a Master’s Degree in Cellular Neuroscience from Queen’s University. She has worked with children in numerous settings including community outreach programs, clinics, and university research programs. Emma has extensive experience in overseeing standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments, and in creating a positive testing experience for clients. At Possibilities, Emma provides Psychoeducational and ADHD Assessments to children, teens, and adults. She also provides the SMARTS EF intervention to help children and teens think objectively about their thinking, and to strategize effectively when it comes to getting started on tasks and getting them done. Emma was a Varsity Athlete at Queens (in figure skating!) so she understands the challenges of balancing work and athletic pursuits. Good time management, and a systematic approach to work, are key strategies she can share with clients aiming to optimize their learning and productivity.
