Doctoral Candidate in Child Clinical Psychology
Sandra Newton is a child and youth clinician with a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and Education and doctoral training in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology from The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. Sandra has worked with children, adolescents and families in school, hospital and private practice settings in the Greater Toronto Area. Her support and empathic approach helps children and families with mental health issues achieve their goals at home and at school. At Possibilities, Sandra provides psychoeducational assessment, psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Executive Functioning remediation and academic support services under the supervision of the Clinic’s Registered Psychologists.
