At Possibilities, Multidisciplinary Teams offer Comprehensive Assessments and Treatments to children, teens and adults with Neurodevelopmental Differences like ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Tourette Syndrome. At Possibilities we offer a complimentary 20-minute session with our Next Steps Navigation Team. You might have questions about the programs we offer, our team process, or how we integrate multiple assessment and treatment options to leverage strengths and address areas of need. Maybe you have questions about specific assessments or treatment interventions that we offer, and that professionals have suggested for you or your child. Members of our Next Steps Navigation Team are licensed professionals from education and healthcare. During the complimentary session, a team member will listen to your concerns and questions, and offer suggestions for next steps to help you move forward.
Navigation Team Members
Maireanne Ryan is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology. Her passion and advocacy translate into meaningful actions that help others. Maireanne has over 10 years experience working with autistic children and has volunteered as an art teacher in community schools. The importance of loving and supportive attachments for mental health and development was the focus of her studies and training, and remains central in her practice as a Nurse and Coach at Possibilities. As a member of the Next Steps Navigation Team, Maireanne brings insight that captures crucial details, advocacy that is strongly neuroaffirmative, and a perspective that supports success moving forward.
Nicholas Duliban is a Registered Nurse and strong advocate for client wellness and mental health. He is skilled in assessing needs, considering supports, and implementing treatment plans along with physicians. In his clinical role at Possibilities, Nicholas shares his enthusiasm and compassion, educating clients about their diagnoses and recommended treatments. He also offers Coaching and Psychotherapy for individuals seeking support in reaching meaningful goals. On the Next Steps Navigation Team, Nicholas offers his insights with positivity and an upbeat energy, helping you feel hopeful and motivated as you seek tailored support.

Experts on our Multidisciplinary Assessment Teams, including Psychologists, Family Physicians, Paediatricians, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Psychiatrists, are well-equipped to address complexities. Our comprehensive assessments are designed to explore strengths and examine skills needing support with the goal of creating more possibilities.
Our Treatment Teams also include clinicians from various fields such as Psychotherapy, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, and Education. It’s never too late for treatment, and starting early can help chart a new course for your child, your family, or yourself.
