Diksha Dua (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who supports adults (18+) navigating life, career, and vocational transitions—with a particular focus on neurodivergent individuals, including those who are Autistic, have ADHD, Tourette Syndrome, or learning differences. Diksha’s work explores the intersections of neurodiversity with family systems, cultural identity, sexuality, intergenerational patterns, and leadership identity.
Her therapeutic orientation is neuroaffirmative, relational, and integrative—drawing from Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), somatic awareness, Leadership Psychology and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). In leadership-focused work, she incorporates elements of emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and reflective practice to support clients in navigating complex environments.
Her clinical practice centers on helping adults through career shifts, leadership development, workplace dynamics, burnout, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and relational challenges across professional and personal spheres. She is also deeply committed to addressing the emotional and relational impact of significant life experiences, including grief and loss, divorce, death and dying, Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID), and the complexities of serious illness such as dementia, cancer, and chronic pain.
Diksha is a graduate of the five-year, in-person training program at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and Japanese, an M.A. in Human Security and Peacebuilding, and certifications in Healthcare Management, Palliative Care, Animal-Assisted Therapy, EQ 360 Leadership, and Gerontology.
As Director of Innovation and Talent Strategy at Possibilities Clinic, Diksha leads the growth of neuroaffirmative care and service innovation. She brings over 25 years of leadership experience in business strategy, partnership development, and organizational change—bridging corporate insight and therapeutic expertise to create psychologically safe, inclusive systems for individuals and teams alike.
