Full Job Description
We are looking for both a Child/Adolescent and an Adult Psychiatrist for full-time and/or part-time hours to join our Multidisciplinary clinic. Hours are flexible, and there is no call. The facility focuses on specific neurodevelopmental diagnosis: ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Tourette Syndrome. We treat other diagnoses such as mood and anxiety, but in the context of a primary neurodevelopmental disorder. As a Tertiary Clinic, our intensive specialization means you will acquire a depth of knowledge in neuropsychiatric disorders that will focus your practice – a distinct advantage if you are not eager to offer a general range of psychiatric services.
Our clinic uses Indivicare EMR (based on Oscar), and our efficient administrative team provides a high level of service, performing all bookings and billing support and associated tasks such as copying and mailing. Report and consultation note templates ensure maximum efficiency in charting as well. Payment structure is fee-for-service, attractive and competitive fee split, and the range of potential annual earnings is $300,000-$400,000.
Incentives Available: In exchange for commitment, further benefits and arrangements can be discussed

Clinic Details
We are a dynamic and innovative clinic of medical and mental health professionals. We approach assessments and treatments with a unique Team Model. Our Assessment and Treatment Teams include experts from psychiatry, pediatrics, psychology, psychometry, social work, occupational therapy and speech and language pathology. We are well-experienced in administering assessments and treatments virtually, through secure video sessions, all across Ontario, and treat across the lifespan; clients are children, teens, and adults. Hybrid delivery – Telemedicine and in-person delivery.
The Team Model allows psychiatrists to work with other medical and allied health professionals including other psychiatrists – when discussing a focused range of diagnoses and treatments. You will not be alone when determining medications and dosing; our in-house neuropsychiatrists have extensive experience in ADHD and comorbid disorders such as anxiety and depression, and they are available for consultations every week through Multidisciplinary Team meetings. Treatments you recommend, like therapy, academic interventions, and ADHD Coaching, are also offered by in-house professionals, ensuring a comprehensive integrated and tailored approach to the services they provide. Our clinical team is comprised of leaders in their field and will help keep you current on new medications and treatments, as well as side-effect management and alternative options. Opportunities for teaching and research are available as desired.
