Psychometrists
The Possibilities Clinic is a dynamic and innovative clinic of medical and mental health professionals. We approach assessments and treatments for Autism, ADD/ADHD and associated disorders like Learning Disabilities and Tourette Syndrome with a unique team model. Our Assessment and Treatment Teams include experts from psychiatry, paediatrics, psychology, and psychometry. We are well-experienced in administering assessments and treatments virtually, through secure video sessions, all across Ontario. Our clients are children, teens, adults and families.
We are seeking a Contract psychometrist to help meet our growing demand for Autism assessments. Formal ADOS-2 Training and experience administering all ADOS-2 modules are required. The successful candidate will work as a team member and be responsible for administering and scoring tests, uploading information into client clinical files, and contributing to report preparation. Strong computer skills are required. You will work under the supervision of a Head Psychometrist and Licensed Psychologist or Psychological Associate.
Your Qualifications
- Masters Degree or PhD in Psychology (or equivalent) with coursework in psychometrics/psychological assessment
- Trained in the administration of the ADOS-2
- Experience working with individuals that have Autism
- Experience administering the ADOS-2 to children, adolescents and adults presenting with mental health, attention, and/or learning challenges
- Three to five years of related experience working in mental health services for children, youth or adults is an asset

- 5 days/week with approximately 2 shifts per month on Saturdays.
- This is a remote in-person hybrid position (2 days per week will be in-person)
- All ADOS-2 testing will be done in-person but indirect work can be done from a home office

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 Considerations
- As a healthcare facility, our program follows up to date safety guidance from governmental and healthcare associations
- When possible, some duties will be done remotely over Telemedicine platforms
