Joycelyne Jiang is a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Nursing and completed her Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner education at Toronto Metropolitan University.
Joycelyne has experience providing primary and mental health care to clients with complex and intersecting health needs. She has a special interest in mental health and in providing inclusive, individualized care to neurodiverse clients. She understands that every person has a unique combination of strengths, experiences, identities, and support needs. She also recognizes that well-being is shaped by a person’s circumstances, environment, relationships, and access to appropriate supports.
Joycelyne brings thoughtfulness, professionalism, and careful attention to each assessment. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, respectful, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and perspectives. Using a person-centred and strengths-based approach, she works alongside clients to identify and pursue the goals that matter most to them.
