What WE SCREEN
The 360 Wellness Screening looks across three connected domains — because science shows these challenges are rarely isolated.
Foundational reading skills and math fluency as key indicators of learning differences that may be influencing performance and potential.
Learning IndicatorsFocus, ignoring distractions, and impulsivity. Not diagnoses, but indicators of attention regulation that guide meaningful next steps.
Behavioural SignalsHow your child handles emotions, relationships, and self-regulation. Foundational to both wellbeing and academic success.
Wellbeing InsightsThe 360 Wellness Screening does not diagnose, prescribe, or compete with formal assessments. It delivers actionable indicators to help families and schools understand what to explore next, whether that's academic supports, therapy, or a full psychoeducational assessment.

Who It’s For
Your child is working hard but results aren't matching effort. You sense something, but aren't sure what to address first.
Big feelings, difficulty self-regulating, or social challenges at school that teachers or parents have flagged.
You know something feels "off" but a full psychoeducational assessment feels daunting or premature. Start here.
You’re ready to act. The 360 Screening gives actionable information so you can address concerns now rather than later.
A teacher or school team has suggested next steps but you need a bridge between concern and formal referral.
Everything seems okay but you want a baseline wellness picture for your child entering a new school stage.
Common Questions
No. The 360 Wellness Screening is a lighter, faster, and more affordable tool designed to identify risk indicators – not make diagnoses. If risk indicators suggest a full psychoeducational assessment would help to identify ADHD and/or a Learning Disability, we’ll guide you to the right next step.
We offer this screening service to children and teens who are 6 to 18 years of age.
No. Since the 360 Screening utilizes screening measures to identify risks rather than in-depth clinical interviews and comprehensive test batteries, the data we collect cannot be used to make formal diagnoses of any condition. Medication can also not be prescribed without formal diagnoses being made in the context of larger, diagnostic assessments. If 360 Screening results indicate risks to learning, attention, or mental health, we’ll suggest the appropriate diagnostic assessment as the next step. We’ll also recommend non-pharmacological treatments that could be pursued directly after the 360 Screening if appropriate given the data we have.
No referral is required. Any family can book directly. Start by completing our Intake Form and our team will take it from there.
Complete our Intake Form at your own pace. It typically takes about 30 minutes. A member of our Care Team is available to assist you in completing the form if you require support. Please contact us if you choose this support to get you started. Next, you meet with a member of our Navigation Team for 30 minutes virtually to discuss your goals and concerns. After that, one hour of testing with a Psychometrist happens virtually or in-person at our Toronto office, depending on the age of your child and your preference. The feedback session with the Navigator takes 50 minutes and is done virtually. Total active time for your family is approximately 3 hours.
The Psychometry testing session may be in-person at our Toronto office, or virtually, depending on the age of your child, your location, and/or your preference. The Navigation Intake and Feedback sessions happen virtually. Our team will advise you on whether the testing session will be virtual or in-person.
Only Doctors are funded by OHIP. Allied health professionals like Psychometrists and the Nurses and Psychotherapists on our Navigation Team are not. Some extended health benefit plans cover portions of services provided by Registered Nurses, licensed Psychotherapists, and Psychometrists. We recommend checking your plan details. Receipts are provided.
