Ms. Sarah Bauer

Sarah Bauer (she/her) obtained her Master’s degree in Cognitive Developmental Psychology from York University. She gained considerable experience testing children and adolescents as part of the Hospital for Sick Children’s Learning Disabilities Research Program. At Possibilities, Sarah is the Director of Psychometric Services, assisting in the development of comprehensive assessment batteries with well-validated testing instruments. She trains psychometry staff in the administration of our ADHD and psychoeducational assessments, and in the delivery of evidence-based academic interventions in our Rewire 4 Reading program. Sarah also provides some testing and tutoring services to our clients directly. Sarah enjoys working with children, and is patient and skilled at gently motivating them to put forth their best effort during assessments and academic intervention sessions.
