Christine Chow (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker in Ontario and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist with the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Christine graduated from the University of Toronto and has more than 20 years of experience providing clinical services to children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She has worked in mental health programs at community agencies, hospitals, and in the public school system. Christine has extensive training and skill in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness Practice. Christine is also an internationally certified Sandplay Therapist, recognizing that creative approaches are essential when working with young children. Christine shares her expertise with clients of all ages using a holistic, client-centred approach and values inclusivity, diversity, and cultural sensitivity in her practice. Christine is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. At Possibilities, she provides individual, couples, and family therapy.
