Michelle Rosenberg (she/her) is a social worker dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and ADHD, as well as children, youth, young adults, and their families. She is passionate about helping clients navigate emotional, behavioural, and relational challenges while building confidence, coping skills, and a stronger sense of self.
Michelle has experience providing child, family, and young adult therapy, as well as facilitating parent support groups. She works collaboratively with clients and families to better understand challenges, strengthen communication, and develop practical strategies that support wellbeing at home, school, and in relationships.
She draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, psychoeducation, and harm reduction. Michelle strives to create a compassionate, non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
