Michelle Rosenberg
MSW, RSW

Social Worker

Michelle Rosenberg (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker who is passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and ADHD. She works with teens (12–17), transitional adults (17–21), and adults (18–65), as well as parents and families. Michelle is particularly well suited to supporting neurodivergent individuals and families who are navigating emotional, behavioural, and relationship challenges. She helps clients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and develop practical strategies that support everyday life at home, school, work, and in their relationships. Michelle has experience providing therapy for children, youth, families, and young adults, as well as facilitating parent support groups. She takes a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach, working alongside clients to understand their unique experiences, identify their strengths, and make meaningful progress toward their goals. Michelle offers both in-person and virtual therapy and coaching, and especially enjoys meeting with clients in person. She believes face-to-face sessions provide a unique opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships, encourage engagement, and create a comfortable space where clients feel heard and supported. Her work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, psychoeducation, and harm reduction.
