Giselle Segovia, RD, MHSc (she/her), is a Registered Dietitian who supports individuals in building a more compassionate and sustainable relationship with food. She works from a non-diet, weight-inclusive lens and has a particular interest in how ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence can impact eating patterns, routines, executive functioning, and self-regulation.
Giselle has experience working with individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and challenges with consistency, planning, and maintaining regular nourishment. She offers a collaborative and practical approach, helping clients develop flexible, realistic strategies that work with their brain, rather than against it.
Her work focuses on creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their relationship with food, build self-trust, and move toward more ease and confidence in their day-to-day eating.
