Belsky is a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) within the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists. Prior to becoming an OT, Belsky completed her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education. As an Occupational Therapist, Belsky has many years of experience offering a range of psychotherapy interventions. She has provided individual and group therapy to individuals seeking support for a variety of physical, behavioural, cognitive, and emotional challenges–including low mood, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, traumatic brain injury, trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and addictions–using approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Belsky offers client-centred care that acknowledges the strengths and goals of the whole person in helping individuals live a full and meaningful life. She is passionate about embracing a well-balanced lifestyle with meaningful activities that support self-care, productivity, and leisure. She enjoys exercising, travelling, hiking, and spending time with her furbaby, Bailey. At Possibilities, Belsky supports clients through Coaching and Occupational Therapy services.
