Gloria Gordon (she/her) is the Clinic Operations Manager at Possibilities Clinic, where she develops, improves, and implements the operational systems and infrastructure that enable the clinic’s teams and services to function effectively.

Gloria brings a systems-oriented and evidence-informed approach to operations, with a particular interest in understanding how people, processes, resources, and data work together to support high-quality service delivery. She establishes performance measures, supports team development, and translates organizational priorities into practical processes and workflows.

With a background in psychology and research analysis, Gloria combines analytical thinking with a strong understanding of the human side of organizational operations. She is passionate about building thoughtful, sustainable systems that support both the people delivering services and the individuals who rely on them.

Gloria holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Research Analysis.
