Registered Behavioral Analyst

Susan Pike (she/her) is a dual-credentialed clinician with over 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families with complex developmental, emotional, and mental health needs. She is a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario and a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

Susan is recognized for her ability to bridge clinical expertise with practical, real-world application. She has successfully trained and supervised educators, support staff, and clinicians to implement ABA strategies that promote skill development, emotional regulation, and meaningful inclusion. Her work in school systems has focused on increasing functional communication, executive functioning, and adaptive skills for students with exceptionalities.

Outside of school-based settings, Susan has led intensive staff development initiatives within residential and treatment programs for children with high-support needs. She ensures that training is individualized and aligned with the unique profiles of each learner, equipping teams to support behavioural challenges with confidence and compassion.

At the core of Susan’s work is a belief in holistic, interdisciplinary support. She actively collaborates with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure families receive coordinated care that reflects the full spectrum of a child’s needs. Her commitment to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and family-centered care consistently informs her work in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
