Ms. Tamara Lazoff (she/her) is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who obtained a Master of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Autism in 2011. She is also a member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis. Tamara is passionate about utilizing evidence-based practices to assess and support children with and without exceptionalities. For the last eight years, she has held a position as Clinical Director in Toronto with Eitz Chaim Schools, bringing research-based strategies to life in classrooms, while supervising aspiring Behaviour Analysts and Registered Behaviour Technicians. Prior to this role, she served as the Director of Clinical Behaviour Services at Geneva Center for Autism. Tamara also spent nine years immersed in clinical research of developmental disorders, with a particular focus on joint attention and outcomes over time for children with Autism. Tamara has published in peer-reviewed journals, presented research at local and international conferences, and has been an invited presenter at numerous national conferences and organizations. At Possibilities, Tamara is dedicated to providing effective behaviour support for children and their families.
