Tatiana Sanchez (she/her) is a Psychology Resident at the Possibilities Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from McGill University and her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of British Columbia – Okanagan (UBCO), where she is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology.
Tatiana provides assessment and therapy services for clients with diverse minds, identities, experiences, and ways of navigating the world. Her areas of focus include learning differences, ADHD, Autism, mood and emotional well-being, trauma, and substance use. She takes a warm, collaborative, and neuroaffirming approach—supporting each client’s strengths, lived experience, and personal goals while helping them better understand themselves and build strategies that fit their unique needs.
Tatiana draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). She thoughtfully integrates these perspectives to create therapy that is flexible, practical, and meaningful for each client.
