Diksha Dua (she/her) is an experienced entrepreneur, mentor and a mission-oriented business leader committed to creating fulfilling experiences for patients and clients. She has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in business transformation, team management and innovation across multiple industries, both private and public sectors, and has held leadership positions across organizations in Canada and around the world. As a certified EQi360 Leadership Coach and Career Strategist, Diksha supports our clients with career coaching, vocational guidance and provides executive leadership coaching based on principles of empathy and emotional resilience. She also has a clinical understanding of neurodevelopmental differences and is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
Diksha holds a BA in East Asian Studies, MA in Human Security and Peacebuilding and Masters Level certificates in Healthcare Management and Gerontology. She is currently training as a Gestalt Psychotherapist and holds certifications in Palliative Care and Social Justice Mediation.
