Christine Chow (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker in Ontario and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Christine is particularly well suited to working with individuals, couples, and families who are looking to strengthen relationships, navigate life’s challenges, improve communication, or support their emotional wellbeing. She takes a warm, collaborative, and client-centred approach, creating a welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Throughout her career, Christine has worked in community mental health agencies, hospitals, and the public school system. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness. She is also an internationally certified Sandplay Therapist, recognizing that creative approaches can help young children express themselves and process their experiences. Christine values inclusivity, diversity, and cultural sensitivity in her practice. At Possibilities, she provides individual, couples, and family therapy.
