Belsky Ng (she/her) is a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) within the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists. Prior to becoming an OT, Belsky completed her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education. As an Occupational Therapist, Belsky has over a decade of experience offering a range of evidence-based care to address individuals with physical, behavioural, cognitive and emotional challenges.
She has provided one-on-one and group therapy, offering support, skill building and strategies for individuals with low mood, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, Tourette’s syndrome, concussions, trauma, bipolar disorder, and addictions–using approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Skills (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and CBIT.
Belsky offers client-centred care that acknowledges the strengths and goals of the whole person in helping individuals live a full and meaningful life. She is passionate about embracing a well-balanced lifestyle with meaningful activities that support self-care, productivity, and leisure. She enjoys exercising, travelling, hiking, and spending time with her four-legged friends, Bailey and Allie. At Possibilities, Belsky supports clients through Coaching and Occupational Therapy services.
