Rebecca Osterlee (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a master’s degree in counselling psychology from the University of Toronto, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Guelph. Rebecca has experience working in private practice settings over the previous years with a primary focus on ADHD. She enjoys building strong connections with clients and cultivating a safe space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement. Rebecca has experience working with mental health challenges that often can accompany ADHD such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relational difficulties. She uses an integrative, bespoke approach that tailors therapy for what each individual client may need. Primary modalities Rebecca commonly draws from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as elements of Polyvagal-Informed therapy. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys reading, running, and finding the best hiking trails.
