Dr. Iris Rose (she/her) is a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist who works with adults and older adults. She completed her accredited residency in Clinical Neuropsychology at Baycrest Hospital and has worked in various settings including university mental health clinics, correctional facilities, and private practices. Dr. Rose is dedicated to practicing through a neuro-affirming lens, emphasizing the importance of fostering a secure and nurturing environment as the foundational step in her client relationships.Â
She also has expertise in health industry management and teaches in the MBA program at the Schulich School of Business. Her research interests include developing cognitive intervention programs and understanding autism in older adults. At Possibilities, Dr. Rose conducts neuropsychological assessment, provides psychotherapy and cognitive rehabilitation, and assists with program development focused on autism services for older adults. She is also involved in strengthening the Clinical Psychology residency program at Possibilities.Â
