Akshara Randhir Kumar (she/her) earned an HBSc degree from the University of Toronto, specializing in psychology and minoring in biology. She has always been interested in exploring the complexities of the human brain and behaviour.Â
Her passion lies in addressing mental health challenges and making a positive impact in people’s lives. She is dedicated to alleviating distress associated with mental health conditions, aspiring to enhance overall well-being. Drawing from her experience in providing online support to individuals struggling mentally, Akshara seeks to apply the invaluable lesson she learned – to always people with a sense of hope, autonomy, and courage.
In her free time you can find her watching foreign movies/shows to learn different languages. You are also likely to catch Akshara reminiscing over nostalgic music or painting abstract art.
